Gerald P. Nehra, Attorney at Law of Muskegon, Mich., and Richard W. Waak, Attorney at Law of Delton, Mich., are pleased to announce that they are partners, effective Jan. 1, 2010. The firm name is Nehra & Waak, Attorneys at Law.

The legal practice of the firm will continue to be limited to advising direct selling companies located in, operating in, or planning to operate in the United States.
Nehra and Waak have known each other and have worked together professionally since the early 1980s, when both were on the Amway legal staff. Nehra was briefly with Fuller Brush upon leaving Amway in 1991, before establishing his private law practice in 1992. Waak spent nine years as general counsel for NSA, and shorter periods with two other direct selling companies, before beginning his private practice.
