Brad & Marcia Bus 0409Legends creating leaders …

Brad and Marcia Hager are icons and top producers in the network marketing industry. In just the two-and-a-half months since joining Zrii, they have achieved the 10-Star level. The couple was presented a $100,000 Achievement Bonus check from Zrii’s owner and founder Bill Farley at the company’s Rising Star Academy in Anaheim, Calif., in early November.

Between them, the couple has over 39 years of combined network marketing experience, have earned over $20 million, have had 400,000 distributors in their organizations and have generated over $1 billion in sales. Before his 18 years in the industry, Brad worked in trucking, moving his way up from freight to supervising and then sales. After beginning in network marketing, he was able to replace his trucking/freight income within six months. Marcia has 21 years in network marketing, where she started out in Mary Kay and worked her way up to owning her own company for 11 years before selling it in the mid-1990s.

The Hagers’ approach to network marketing is: Promote leaders, not maintain followers. “Anyone can build a group but to get to the big money and keep it, you have to build a team of leaders,” says Brad. The Hagers have been in six programs over the years, and unequivocally credit their success and millions in earnings to solid leadership principles. Their main goal is to build a massive organization by growing leaders, not just recruiting a group. “It takes a leader to know a leader, to show a leader and to grow a leader,” Brad shared. Inspirational author and trainer John Maxwell is a friend and mentor to Brad and Marcia, who highly recommend Maxwell’s books to their group. Some of his advice that the Hagers espouse: “Good people should have great leaders.”
